As an owner, you will have access to a dedicated personal area on the platform where reservations are visible

The amounts received in the account are net and spendable because with our management we act as a tax withholding agent, we pay the dry coupon and tourist tax on behalf of our owners through the automation of our software.

The owner receives payment by transfer on the 15th of the month following the guests’ check-out in your accommodation
